Elige Construction & Design LLC was founded by Jose A. Cardenas, a construction project manager and architectural designer based in West Palm Beach, Florida. After several years working under the brand US Latino Handyman Services LLC, Jose created Elige to better reflect a higher standard of design, organization, and project delivery for homeowners, businesses, and investors across South Florida.

Meet the Founder – Jose A. Cardenas

Jose  founded Elige Construction & Design to bring a higher standard of organization and finish quality to remodeling in South Florida. He has managed and delivered a strong portfolio of residential improvement projects, such as bathrooms, kitchens, full renovations, ADA upgrades, and investor property turns, focused on clean execution and dependable results. 

Jose approaches each project with a design minded perspective: smart layouts, good lighting, functional flow, and details that look right and last. When a scope requires permitted drawings or sealed documents, Elige collaborates with licensed architects and experienced design professionals to support the design and documentation process.
